Hi,
I am trying to buy stocks of IFCI since last two month. But all the time my orders were not executed for "buyer shortage". I need to know why buyer and seller shortages happen.

How can one identify prior to placing an order that the stock may result buyer shortage?
Please let me know.

regards,
Sumanta

Dear suman, IFCI is a good selection and is in double money category for very short term. But as far as i know, ifci is in F&O, and so it cant have any freeze percentage. It means u can always get the stock whatever may be the price. And there is no chance for any buyer shortage. When u are placing the order, u are the buyer. I guess u have 2 listen and study the screen contents in detail. Regards
