The board of steel maker Prakash Industries Ltd on Tuesday approved issue of 6.25 million equity shares to domestic and foreign funds and the founders of the firm at 190 rupees a share.
The board also approved issue of 11.25 million warrants at 190 rupees per warrant, to be converted into equity shares within 18 months
