Mutual funds (MFs) bought shares worth a net Rs 276.10 crore on Thursday 26 June 2008 compared to their buying of Rs 324.70 crore on Wednesday, 25 June 2008. MFs' net inflow of Rs 276.10 crore on Thursday 26 June 2008 was a result of gross purchases Rs 1067.30 crore and gross sales Rs 791.20 crore. Sensex gained 201.75 points or 1.42% at 14,421.82 on that day. MFs were net buyers of shares worth Rs 2884.40 crore in this month, till 26 June 2008.
