Mutual funds (MFs) bought shares worth a net Rs 36.40 crore on 23 June 2008 compared to their buying of Rs 215.60 crore on Friday, 20 June 2008. MFs' net inflow of Rs 36.40 crore on Monday 23 June 2008 was a result of gross purchases Rs 520.70 crore and gross sales Rs 484.30 crore. Sensex lost 277.97 points or 1.91% at 14,293.32 on that day. MFs were net buyers of shares worth Rs 2072.30 crore in this month, till 23 June 2008
