Can someone guide me on the stocks: ISPAT INDUSTRIES, AIR DECCAN & PENINSULA LAND with a medium to long term view?

Dear Sir ,

The shares you are holding are the one of the best for medium to long term except the first one which had a very good run and the stock may give 20 - 25 % from the current level in very short term , we wish u to exit the stock as soon as it reached the target ,

ispat inds tgt 60+in short term and 100+ in medium to long term u can buy more on dips.
peninsula land tgt 150/180+ in short to medium term if it closes above 135.
air deccan remain away some downside left.
