I have heard ten thousand times... abt the line "Please read the offer doucment carefully before investing. Mutual funds are subject to market risks..."

but my question is... do people really read this offer document closely???

m new to investin in MFs.... and really speakin have relied more on my friends' advice whos workin with Meryll Lynch n guides me in investin....

Again... i read one article..(i hv been addicted to readin ever since i hv started investin...so pls suggest me some articles too) which said...

"Entry loads, exit loads, switching charges, annual recurring expenses, management fees, investor servicing costs -- these all add up over time. The OD lists the limits on these fees and also shows the impact these have had on the fund investment historically." Source (http://wealth.moneycontrol.com/authorarticle.php?id=6373&pg=2)

do i need to read the offer document that closely and what are the things i must read????

Pls help.

Dear Aarman,

Yes!! it is very much necessary to go through the offer document thoroughly before you start investing in Mutual Fund schemes. The offer document is almost similar in all MF schemes.

Kindly go through the offer document of any one of the mutual fund schemes thoroughly and all your queries will be cleared.

If still you have any doubts, we shall be pleased to provide you the same.

Best Regards,
Pavan
