According to the market buzz, the company with a presence in the gold and diamond arena, is in advanced stages of acquiring a stake in Dubai-based entity — Thamina Diamonds. Dealers add that the acquisition will help the Indian entity to establish its presence in regions like Europe, US and Middle East.
