some points one have to remember before selling your portfolio :
Markets have come down from a peak of 21000 to 12500 , how much do you expect markets to fall further .may 10000 , thats is just 2500 points away.
The rule is - Bear markets always provide safe investment opportunities for long term investors but they need to bear extreme pain before earning those rewards
Do you think with present financial crisis will government allow everything to shut down and do you think we will go back where we are 20 years back
Already stocks with good fundamental values are floating and lost more than 80% from their previous highs , for example did any expect UNITEC in double digits , yes its a reality stock but do you think the stock to touch lower levels than this , yes may be but this will be an opurtunity to get into billion dollar companies like UNITEC. Think about JAI CORP where the mutual fund house are holding at an average rate of 1200 now trading near 250 mark , do you think the stock will touch below 200 levels , so the point we make is this the best oppurtunity to invest for medium to long term , though we may see much new lows but continous investing is the best option for long term gains
some of the sector that will be effective in coming days are There Wind Energy, Solar Energy, Bio-fuels, Water Management, Waste Management, Nuclear Energy, Animation, Power Solutions, Electric Vehicles, Micro irrigation, Plastics.
So hold on and average the stocks gradually which you have bought at much higher levels during this fall and wait for oppurtunity to get into few good fundemantally sound stocks
we feel one can see a bull run again , may be second quarter 2009 and this moment is one of the lucky chance to buy stocks at lower levels , later on one should feel that OH , i would have bought that stock at that levels , with safe investment we completely believe one can gain mutlibagger returns in 3 Years of time
