Not able to login to Chat Room, allowing only 9 character though my user id is of 10 char

Yes we know the problem , but we see very few members are intrested in chat room , so care has not been taken on this issue till todate , also we at present cannot help you in chat room as we are short of moderators,

soon we will be available on chat in market hours and will help you.
