Ever since the site's initial launch in December 2006, there had been continual efforts to improve the site's performance and also augment the ease of search for the right information at the right time. The unremitting efforts put in by the associates of the dD team and also the mammoth support and strength from the members with their constant valuable feedback made our site a flamboyant success.
Within a short span of 1 year the site administered to win the hearts of nearly 12,000 members. This figure speaks in itself the volume about the glory path we are heading in and the success story. The site statistics are ever increasing. Site has the track record of more than 90% success rate in Intra, Short, Medium and Long calls. Management Rankings for the site scaled new heights. This is a great achievement and is made possible by one and all involved with this site. From the very first day of launching this site our team is striving hard to help our members in the best possible way we could.
Though there had been few set backs in the form of traffic irregularities and security problems. The dD team soon addressed the key issues and realized the necessity of restructuring and strengthening the existing site. Speed and accuracy are the factors in the accomplishment of any site. To better our position and also to provide the top information our efforts are in full sway. This led to the thought of restructuring the existing site with improvised coding techniques, easy navigable pages and user friendly definitions. This involved complete re designing of the site with the latest and the best web development tools available in the industry today. To incorporate all these features our developers have chosen the best available resources like PHP, MYSQL, AJAX, JAVA and other current advanced web tools. With the new features in place the members will get live quotes and portfolio management.
Finally today on the Christmas Eve we are Re-Launching our site. The new features included are as follows:
User CP : It is a users control panel. This is a place where one can customize as required.
Portfoilio: Users can add their stocks held in portfolio and can view their profit / loss with daily market trends , For stock symbols one can look up at http://in.finance.yahoo.com/lookup . As and when the members add the stocks in portfolio a default blog will be created , and members with similar stocks in portfolio can discuss, exchange views and news on the stocks they hold.
Top Stocks : Depending upon the members holding the same stock in their portfolio the top stocks are decided . ( for example : if 100 members hold RPL in their portfolio then RPL is the top stock , If 102 members hold wipro then RPL becomes the second top stock , the rankings change based on the members holding the certain stock , this is introduced so that admin and moderators of dD can take special interest on the stocks held by majority members.
Blogs : This is a where one can find a particular stock blog to view , post , discuss and analyse about the stocks in.
New posts : Easiest way to view the latest post in the forum.
We request everyone to post their feedbacks about the new site and also feel free to suggest areas where improvement can be made. This would help our team to pin point the grey areas (if any) and in turn help us in serving u the best possible way.
